“I emailed Century direct at the start of this week. I had lost the stainless butt cap on one of my 8 year old NG's, and was also suffering from damp getting under the varnish on all 3 rods.

Agnes at Century returned my email the next day, simply asking for my address.

Today (Friday), four days after my initial email, I received in the post a replacement butt cap and two items to rectify the damp problem, a water proofing agent called G4 and some UV wax to maintain the gloss finish of the rods.
