Century Rods - the best of British
"I emailed Century direct at the start of this week. I had lost
the stainless butt cap on one of my 8 year old NG's, and was also
suffering from damp getting under the varnish on all 3 rods.Agnes at
Century returned my email the next day, simply asking for my address.
Today (Friday), four days after my initial email, I received in the
post a replacement butt cap and two items to rectify the damp problem,
a water proofing agent called G4 and some UV wax to maintain the gloss
finish of the rods.
I've got to say a big thank you to Century
for this brilliant and mega quick response to my problems. How many
manufacturers would even entertain you with 8 year old products, let
alone provide a solution gratis.
Thank you Century, I was already a devoted customer, I'm double that now."
